Crafters Corner is owned by Signs Plus Banners a national supplier to the commercial graphics industry. SPB is located at 20195 S. Diamond Lake Rd, Suite 100, Rogers, MN 55374, Phone 1-800-635-6897.

Crafters Corner was created so that home crafters would have access to commercial graphic products that are of the same quality used by professional sign and graphic companies.  The products that Crafters Corner offers are the same commercial grade products, only in smaller sizes and quantities which are specifically tailored to home crafters.
    

Ordering: Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. 

Will call is open from 8:00am – 4:00pm CST.  Will call orders must be placed a minimum of 1 hour prior to pick up.  All will call orders must be paid with credit card or approved credit terms.  No cash or checks will be accepted by warehouse personnel, effective 5/1/2019.   Orders that are not picked up after 3 business days will be cancelled. 

All orders received will be shipped within 48-72 hours from the time the order has been placed.  Customers will be notified immediately of any backorders via email or phone. 

Payment Terms:

Crafters Corner accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  Net 30 days accepted only with approved credit.  Please contact a representative for credit information.  Please note that Crafters Corner Supplies is operated by Signs Plus Banners who ios owned by Great Northern Equipment Inc. and your credit card statement will state that payment was submitted to Great Northern Equipment or GNE.  **See note below regarding debit cards. 

Paypal orders are also accepted, but please note that once a Paypal order is submitted, NO changes can be made that would affect the order total.

**Important Information Regarding Debit Card Processing**:

Crafters Corner & Signs Plus Banners will authorize the full amount of your order at the time it is submitted.  This authorization will be voided, and a settlement will be processed for the full order amount plus any applicable taxes and freight at the time of shipment.  Debit card holders may see both charges on their card until their bank releases the original authorization.  This authorization will be removed from the customers' account according to the terms and policies of the issuing bank and Signs Plus Banners has no control over that timeframe.  This policy is in line with other leading online retailers, car rental agencies, hotels, etc. and will assist us in getting product out in the timeliest manner possible.

Please contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations, as this policy can vary greatly by institution.  If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions of your debit or credit card, contact your financial institution using the telephone number found on the back of your card.

Pricing:

Fluctuations in raw materials and energy costs may cause prices to change without notice. However, we do our best to update our website pricing quickly.  Customers will be notified if there are any price discrepancies in orders.

Shipping:

Canadian orders: Orders to Canada will ship via United States Postal Service.  If ordering on the web, freight charges will be shown as “to be quoted”.  A representative will contact the customer upon receipt of the order with calculated shipping charges. Charges usually start at around $35.00 and can range up to $80.00 or more, depending on the weight of the order. For any USPS orders, or if a Canadian order is requested to ship UPS, please note that Signs Plus Banners is not responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs. 

 

Puerto Rico: Due to recent changes in legislation regarding shipping requirements to Puerto Rico, we are not able to ship orders to Puerto Rico as of June 28, 2017.  

 

California: Due to recent changes in legislation regarding labeling requirements to California, we are not able to ship orders to California as of January 1, 2018.  

Returns:

Returns will not be accepted after 10 business days.  All returns must have prior approval by a Signs Plus Banners representative. With the exception of defective products or order entry errors, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for return. Credit will be based upon the quality of the merchandise returned to Signs Plus Banners. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Custom items, non-stock items, and opened software are not eligible for return. 

Sales Tax:

Crafters Corner collects sales tax from the following states effective 3/1/19:  AL, CO, CT, GA, IL, IA, IN, LA, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NE, NJ, NC, ND, NV, NY, OH, OK, SC, SD, TX, UT, WA, WV, WI, WY.  Customers that qualify as Sales Tax Exempt Businesses must provide a signed State Tax Exempt form to Signs Plus Banners to keep on file. These accounts will be charged tax until this form is received. If you need a form, please contact our customer service team.  Forms must be completed, signed, dated, and emailed to sbcustomerservice@gnedi.com.

The above shipping rates are based on the weight of the package being shipped to be under 40 lbs. Packages over 40 lbs. will be subject to the shipping rates that will be quoted by a Crafters Corner’s customer service rep.

 

A single order shipped that is over $75.00 for the total order will ship Free of shipping charges

GUARANTEED GROUND SHIPPING:

Orders for in-stock items placed by 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship that day. Orders for in-stock items placed after 1pm CST Monday thru Friday will ship the following business day. Orders placed using this ship method will arrive in 5 business days or less. Guaranteed Ground orders are delivered by FedEx.

NOTES & EXCLUSIONS:

Shipping times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (merchandise labeled as: Ships from Manufacturer). Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Billing Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

The billing address on the credit card and the shipping address must be the same, Signs Plus Banners will not ship merchandise to an address that is not the same as the credit cards billing address without prior approval.

APO, FPO & PO BOX SERVICE

Orders to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses will ship using USPS Priority Service at the standard shipping rate. Orders will be delivered in 10 business days or less. Tracking to destination is limited.

Crafters Corner Supplies works hard each day to ship your product in a timely manner. When a carrier delay happens, our Customer Service Representatives are available at 800-635-6897 to assist.

We negotiate with our shipping carriers so we can get the best rate possible to keep the rate we charge our customers as low as possible. However, shipping rates do change so we reserve the right to change our shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
