Crafters Corner was created so that home crafters would have access to commercial graphic products that are of the same quality used by professional sign and graphic companies.  The products that Crafters Corner offers are the same commercial grade products, only in smaller sizes and quantities which are specifically tailored to home crafters.
Ordering: Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Time.  Our will- call desk is open from 8:00am – 4:00pm Central Time.  Will-Call orders will be available for pick-up 24 hours after the order has been placed.

All orders received will be shipped within 48-72 hours from the time the order has been placed. Customers will be notified immediately via email of any product that is not in stock thus creating a backorder situation. The sent email will include an estimated date the backordered product will be shipped.

Fluctuations in raw materials and energy costs may cause prices to change without notice. However we do our best to update our website pricing promptly to provide the most current pricing possible.  Customers will be notified via email if there are any price discrepancies in orders.

Shipping: Crafters Corner offers product shipping via UPS nationwide or Speedee to MN, WI, IA, ND and SD.  We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $5.50 for orders shipping to the lower U.S. Continental 48 States (AK and HI not included).

Canadian orders: Orders to Canada will ship via United States Postal Service.  If ordering on the web, freight charges will be shown as “to be quoted”.  A representative will contact the customer upon receipt of the order with calculated shipping charges. Charges usually start at around $35.00 and can range up to $80.00 or more, depending on the weight of the order. For any order shipping via USPS, or if a Canadian order is requested to ship UPS, please note that we are not responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs. 

Returns: Returns will not be accepted after 10 business days.  All returns must have prior approval by a Signs Plus Banners representative. With the exception of defective products or order entry errors, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for return. Credit will be based upon the quality of the merchandise returned to Signs Plus Banners. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Custom items, non-stock items, and opened software are not eligible for return. 

Payment Terms: The Crafters Corner website accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  Please note that Crafters Corner is operated by Signs Plus Banners who is owned by Great Northern Equipment Inc. and your credit card statement will state that payment was submitted to Great Northern Equipment or GNE.  Paypal orders are also accepted, but please note that once a Paypal order is submitted, NO changes can be made that would affect the order total.

Sales Tax: The Crafters Corner website through Signs Plus Banners is registered and authorized to collect and remit sales tax in most states in the USA.  The order summary at checkout will show the local Sales Tax amount if required.
